Red Bull filed a complaint with USITC for trademark rights

Red Bull has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Comission to institute an investigation over 6 companies .

"The complaint alleges violations of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in the importation into the United States and sale of certain energy drink products that infringe trademarks and a copyright asserted by Red Bull. The complainant requests that the USITC issue an exclusion order and cease and desist orders."
The six companies that are considered to be respondents are Chicago Import Inc,Lamont Dist. Inc.,India Imports, Inc.,Washington Food and Supply of D.C.,Vending Plus and Baltimore Beverage Co.

The complaint has been filed ,so all that is left to do is to wait and see what is going to be the final decision.
