The  is as follows:

First we need to know the name of the Trademark to establish in which of the classes of the Nice Classification it belongs (Depending on the type of products or services). Or if and in addition to the Trademark you would like to register the business name (It is different than having a corporation)

Then we would do a study at our National Trademark Office to determine whether the Trademark may enroll without problems or if instead there is a similar Trademark, which does not permit the registration, in which case we would do the appropriate recommendations to achieve registration.

After that process we need to sign a power of attorney for us to process the Trademark on your behalf or on behalf of a company. The Registration can include a logo if the client desires.

After all requirements are met we would make the necessary publication and the Trademark should be registered within 3 to 4 months.
